Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

As a seasoned digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to establish our brand as a recognized authority in the US market.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in campaign execution and brand building from scratch. A strong portfolio that showcases expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and influencer partnerships is essential.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be a creative storyteller able to connect with a global audience, with a willingness to work night shifts (US hours) – a non-negotiable requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive measurable growth in the US market.
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and implement engaging content and social media strategies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Plan and optimize SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and email campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of campaigns targeting the US market.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building from scratch (preferably for startups or new categories).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Creative storytelling abilities with capacity to connect with a global audience.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US hours) – a non-negotiable requirement.
