  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility across various digital channels.
  • Take ownership of building and maintaining a strong brand image and increasing followers across digital platforms.
  • Manage presence through strategic content creation and regular updates to boost engagement and followers.
  • Coordinate with external partners to align their efforts with our strategic goals, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive the marketing vertical independently, bringing creative ideas and actionable execution plans to life.
  1. Website and Content Coordination
  • Collaborate with website developers to keep content up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for performance.
  • Coordinate with content creators to produce impactful marketing materials including engaging posts.
  • Lead website marketing initiatives to highlight new services and offerings.
  1. Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage targeted email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics, and present data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  1. Event Management
  • Organize and oversee both virtual and physical marketing events, including industry conferences.
  • Manage the entire event lifecycle, from planning to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring maximum brand impact.
  1. Social Media and Employer Branding
  • Work with the HR team to develop engaging content for employer branding on various platforms.
  • Strategize social media activities to strengthen our presence as an industry thought leader.
  • Create and share relevant content to grow and engage our audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT or system integration sector.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, content management, and event coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly with internal teams, external partners, and marketing agencies.
  • Ability to independently drive the marketing strategy, take ownership of tasks, and execute them effectively.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and a go-getter who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in leading small marketing teams and guiding team members towards successful outcomes.
  • Ability to develop ideas, plan independently, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
