We are currently seeking a talented and visionary Associate – Art Director to join our creative family.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovative visual strategies, mentor aspiring creatives, and work across diverse projects that challenge and inspire. As you grow with us, you'll enhance your leadership skills and contribute significantly to the evolution of our creative offerings.

• Lead Creative Conceptualization: Drive the visual direction for brand campaigns and digital content, ensuring cohesion with brand strategies and client goals. Transform briefs into impactful, visually compelling concepts and executions.
  • Manage & Mentor the Design Team: Collaborate with graphic designers and junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Collaborate Internally & Externally: Partner with strategy, content, social media, and marketing teams to develop integrated visual campaigns. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions to ensure alignment and creativity.
      • Maintain Visual Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints including social media, print, digital ads, presentations, and other collateral, ensuring a unified brand voice.
        • Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Keep yourself updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in design. Incorporate innovative practices to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
          • Oversee Project Timelines & Quality: Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand visuals without compromising creativity.
            • Hands-on Design Contribution: Step in on high-priority projects to contribute expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling, ensuring excellence at every stage.
              
            Qualifications & Skills:
            • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
            • 5+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior creative role, preferably within an agency environment.
            • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
            • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
            • Excellent skills in typography, layout, and color theory.
            • Proven leadership, team management, and client communication abilities.
            • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
