This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Coordinator at BetterPlace in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. You will play a key role in optimizing workforce management and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and processes to optimize performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Client Experience:

  • Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Client Retention: Implement strategies to improve client experience and retention.

Problem-Solving:

  • Challenge Identification: Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
  • Solution Development: Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the gig economy or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
