Operations Manager - SSD 3P

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our SSD 3P Fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex logistics and supply chain operations.

Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers from operational, performance, design, and compliance perspectives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage operations performance and drive program initiatives that yield improvement in quality, productivity, speed, and cost. You must be able to identify patterns and disruptions, dive deep into details, and foresee data implications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plan, HC planning, Quality metrics, and other parameters
  • Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders while keeping objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy in mind
  • Visit sites for various operational conformance, restrictions, and norms
  • Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites
  • Visit all assigned sites at least once a month
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Excel experience
