Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the purchase administration process for logistics and warehousing (PO creation, invoicing, compliance). You will also collaborate with logistics service providers, procurement, and accounts payable teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Audit logistics invoices against contracts and rate tables; proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain data models and billing controls for logistics service providers.
  • Maintain a repository of contracts and rate cards, ensuring timely updates.
  • Provide ad hoc support for logistics procurement and operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, logistics, or supply chain.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial audits.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle large volumes of data.
