We are seeking a seasoned Account Management professional to own and grow key brand relationships.
Job Description:This role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, overseeing onboarding, training, and activation of clients on our platform. The successful candidate will develop strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction through regular business reviews and performance check-ins.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands
- Oversee onboarding, training, and activation of clients on our platform
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver brand goals
- Track client performance metrics and proactively identify areas of improvement
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing, preferably with D2C brands, e-commerce, or export-oriented platforms. Key skills include excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
