Compliance Specialist

Drive business growth by ensuring adherence to taxation regulations. Our goal is to develop a compelling value proposition for clients and empower them to navigate change and improve performance by balancing growth, risk, operations, and regulatory aspects of business.

We support our clients by unlocking their true potential through meaningful business advice and assist them in implementing and executing the advice for their growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include GST Compliance: overseeing all aspects of GST compliance, including registration, filing returns, and ensuring timely payments. Additionally, provide guidance and training to internal teams on GST compliance matters. Other responsibilities include TDS Compliance: managing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns. Also, ensure ITR Compliance: ensuring timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for the organization and its employees.

To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax provisions and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
