Our enterprise is seeking a seasoned SAP Security and Compliance Expert to spearhead our SAP GRC initiatives. This pivotal role demands in-depth knowledge of SAP Security and Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) across project implementations, ongoing support, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP Security and GRC projects, driving successful implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
  • Design, configure, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori systems.
  • Administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Conduct thorough SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular role reviews, user access audits, and provide expert support for compliance needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex security-related issues, ensuring adherence to established security standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP security threats, patches, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
  • Expertise in role design/redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems, with a strong focus on scalability.
  • Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization, including integrations with non-SAP systems and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements, with the ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities and work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • SAP Security or GRC certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in regulated industries, such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing, is preferred.
