Procurement Manager for Medical Equipment

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the procurement lifecycle of medical equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition. This includes negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and market research skills to drive informed procurement decisions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for medical equipment, including market research and supplier negotiations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand equipment needs and procurement timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and procurement policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement or consulting role, preferably in the medical equipment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment and procurement best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical procurement (local and international standards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to drive informed procurement decisions.
