We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Application Support Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net Core, with 15+ years of experience in C# and SQL DB skills.

Additionally, they will possess sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel.

The selected individual will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, DevOps: Azure DevOps expertise, and Source Control : GIT proficiency.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential for this role.

We prefer candidates with good knowledge of Angular and/or experience in the Capital Market domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues and provide timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.
  • Understand incident management processes and communicate effectively to provide timely status updates on issue resolution.
  • Analyze root causes to identify underlying issues.
  • Monitor application alerts and provide proactive services.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
  • Document troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
  • Present solutions to existing challenges to optimize business performance.

This is a permanent position offering full overlap with US East coast timings (8 AM to 4 PM EST), equivalent to 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST. The role requires 100% remote work and immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days' notice are considered.
