Senior Financial Management Position

We seek a seasoned financial professional with significant experience in managing company accounts, ensuring compliance, and leading audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards for private limited companies.
  • Handle the entire accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Oversee GST computations and compliance.
  • Manage order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for accurate accounting.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in statutory audit processes.
  • Prepare and maintain a compliance calendar for all statutory and tax-related deadlines.
  • Analyse financial data to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities on financial matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Semi Qualified with relevant experience can also be evaluated.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.
  • Experience with ledger scrutiny and hands-on involvement in end-to-end accounting.
  • Exposure to internal audit and statutory compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
