We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the successful delivery of financial systems implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support end-to-end implementations of financial systems for mid-sized to large enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops, gather and document requirements, and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Configure business processes, reports, and integrations in financial modules.
  • Perform rigorous testing and provide ongoing support throughout deployment.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables across multiple, concurrent projects.
Client Engagement
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems, offering strategic advice and best practices to clients.
  • Interpret client requirements, propose alternative solutions, and align system configuration with business goals.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients through proactive communication and thought leadership.
Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide junior consultants by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing developmental feedback.
  • Share lessons learned, implementation insights, and product knowledge across project teams and internal knowledge forums.
  • Contribute to methodology improvements and best practice documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/Financials implementations.
  • Minimum 4+ years of direct experience implementing financial systems.
  • Deep expertise in one or more financial system modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into system configurations.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and client-facing skills.
