Advanced Reporting & Analytics Framework Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in databases, data analysis, and reporting to lead the development of advanced reporting & analytics framework, dashboards, and other BI solutions.

This key role involves interpreting campaign data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports to Marketing teams. The successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable presenting data and findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal teams to define requirements and timelines for project delivery.
  • Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, marketing attribution, and marketing engagement.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting & analytics framework, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
  • Translate data into viable business recommendations, present findings, and actionable insights.
  • Promote data fluency across the organization by documenting and leading training sessions on marketing data best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with databases, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable presenting data and findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience leading projects/initiatives in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other enterprise-grade database systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of the implementation, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns is required.
  • Data visualization experience in BI tools (Tableau/Sigma), Excel, PPT, and other related tools, will be a plus.
  • Fair understanding of marketing platforms and lead-to-opportunity cycle.
  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
