We are seeking an individual to fill the role of HR Executive. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in administration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and shortlisting: Identify, evaluate, and select candidates based on job requirements.
- Recruitment coordination: Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate inventory records, procure office supplies, and manage vendors.
- Data entry: Create and update personnel, financial, and other databases.
- Financial transactions: Handle petty cash, document financial transactions, and ensure timely payments.
- Employee records: Maintain attendance, leave, and other employee records.
- Support: Provide administrative support as needed.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and have basic computer proficiency.
Requirements- 0-3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
