About the Role:

The successful candidate will partner with various stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies aimed at supporting units in achieving business goals. This includes fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement talent development programs
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for growth and development
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate high-performing employees
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires
  • Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with the corporate L&D team to deliver targeted training programs

  6. Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  7. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  8. HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to inform business decisions.
  9. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.
  10. Collaboration with HR Team: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
