Job Title: Executive HR

We are seeking an Executive HR to join our team at House of Fitness Pvt. Ltd., the Master Franchise of Anytime Fitness, LLC.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment and hiring, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and ensure that we attract top talent to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: recruiting and interviewing candidates, reviewing resumes, creating job postings, maintaining relationships with consultants, performing background checks, and other office administration tasks.

This is a full-time position that requires a graduate degree or equivalent experience, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
