Job Description

This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the founding team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and enable the founders to stay focused on strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare briefs/agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Drive execution, streamline workflows, and bring structure across teams
  • Support research, reporting, and investor support
  • Draft clear LP updates, impact reports, and investor/founder decks with strong visuals
  • Assist in investor/partner research and build curated outreach lists
Required Skills and Qualifications

12 years of experience in executive support, operations, HR/ops, consulting, or research preferred;

MBA/PGDM or BBA graduates; strong research and organizational skills required

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
