Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of new features and processes
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments
  • 3-4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure are preferred
