Channel Head Job Summary

Establish and scale the sourcing vertical leading a high-performance team to maximize sales through Channel Partners, corporate tie-ups, and alternative channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the organizational structure for CP sourcing, incorporating CP managers, corporate tie-up teams, and activation initiatives.
  • Create incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals for CPs.
  • Promote business activation by engaging top-tier CPs and institutional partners.
  • Lead the hiring process and mentor sourcing managers/executives.
  • Increase CP engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
  • Track and report CP channel contributions distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue).
Key Deliverables:
  • Set up the sourcing team within 6 months.
  • Achieve 50–70% sales contribution from CPs (Ahmedabad benchmark).
  • Develop a robust pipeline of corporate partnerships.
  • Establish a structured CP meet/event calendar.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/graduate degree, strong sales experience, and at least 12-15 years of real estate sales background. They should also have 5+ years of experience in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputable developers, an extensive network across Ahmedabad & Gujarat, and a proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales.
