Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Operations: Support bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and accounts payable/accounts receivable activities for US accounting operations.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, as well as timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze departmental work to develop efficient procedures and resource utilization while maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Team Leadership: Advise team members on non-routine reporting transactions, work with auditors to ensure clean and timely year-end audits, and supervise the general ledger group to meet financial reporting deadlines.
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in finance/accounts with 2-3 years of people management experience, commerce graduate, and preferably qualified/semi-qualified CA/CMA.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Immediate joiner, qualified/semi-qualified CA/CMA, experience in IT/service sector, and knowledge of US & Indian taxes.
