Key Responsibilities

  • Lead critical projects across business operations, growth, hiring, and partnerships.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and SOPs for a growing organization.
  • Work closely with leadership on strategic priorities, internal communications, and key decisions.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and facilitate collaboration to move fast on high-impact initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes.
  • Tackle urgent or ambiguous challenges that don't have a clear owner.

  • Prior professional experience handling multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
