Job Title: Process Manager

As a seasoned insurance professional, you will be responsible for handling daily insurance queries from clients and providing timely responses.

  • Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication between parties.
  • Address technical queries related to insurance, escalating issues to the proper channel when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Facilitate routine endorsements and follow up on proposals under discussion.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate portfolio records, including claims and policy information.
  • Coordinate with insurers for policy copies and endorsements, ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Insurance qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (General Insurance, non-health).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental coordination.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
