Job Description

The Career Enhancement Cell is a vital component of our organization, dedicated to supporting the long-term career growth of employees. Guided by our company culture and values, the CEC empowers employees with necessary tools and opportunities for continuous professional development.

The department operates in three core functions:

  • Career Counselling - providing employees with guidance on their long-term career objectives
  • Education Counselling - offering advice to employees interested in further education, ensuring aligned choices
  • Employee Mobility Support - facilitating on-shore experiences at client offices to meet short and long-term staffing requirements
  • Placements Support - assisting outgoing employees and former employees in finding new roles within or outside the organization

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for setting up and managing the Career Counselling function, adding value to key stakeholders: employees, clients, and the organization itself.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Placements Support

- Assist existing but outgoing employees, as well as former employees, in finding alternative roles within or outside the organization

- Build relationships with key recruiters in the market

- Manage existing employees' career plans alongside the counselling arm

- Track and manage relationships with TresVista's former employees

- Design, implement, monitor, and improve frameworks, processes, and teams required to accomplish these tasks

2. Employee Mobility Support

- Develop a framework for processing secondment requirements expressed by clients

- Have a deep understanding of immigration laws in key western markets (US and UK) and develop an ideal approach to procuring necessary visas for employees

- Collaborate with clients, immigration attorneys, secondment candidates, and their managers

Requirements:

15-18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have:

- Dominant and demonstrable expertise in relationship-building with key recruiters in the market for high-calibre talent (financial services, consulting, and similar)

- Experience working with global immigration agencies and resolving employee mobility challenges

- Good emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to build relationships

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Effective team management and organizational skills

- Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field, preferably in HR or management.
