Job Overview

This position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements, ensuring defect-free product configurations in various systems, and providing SME-level support. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP and CRM systems, Agile methodology, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather product requirements from stakeholders and convert them into requirements documents for ordering systems.
  • Evaluate product configurations to ensure they are defect-free and orderable.
  • Partner with developers to explain requirements and perform testing.
  • Work with the factory to set up product configuration correctly and ensure sales orders can be processed error-free.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • CPQ Certification
  • Proficiency in one or more ERP and CRM systems like Oracle
  • Experience in process optimization and automation using various technologies
  • Excellent written, speaking, and interpersonal skills
