User Experience and Support
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable usage programmes, measure engagement metrics, and drive retention.
  • Analyse performance data to recommend adjustments and implement best practices to improve user engagement and product stickiness.
  • Provide coaching, documentation, and enablement tools to customer-facing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality user support.
Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement
  • Capture insights from programme execution to refine strategies and share best practices across teams.
  • Support training and capacity-building efforts related to user success programmes globally.
