As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of designers, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative sessions and foster collaboration to drive results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  • Create designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Maintain comprehensive UI patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.

Performance Metrics:

  • Conduct at least one major training session each quarter for the design team.
  • Successfully design a minimum of 2 websites and 2-3 landing pages per year.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
