Job Description

Machine Learning Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying machine learning models for real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, data engineers and product teams to define ML use cases and deliver actionable insights.
  • Cleaning, preprocessing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using statistical and ML techniques.
  • Monitoring and evaluating model performance, improving accuracy and retraining models as needed.
  • Building and managing end-to-end ML pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, deployment and monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science roles.
  • Experience with Azure ML Studio, Azure Machine Learning SDK, or related Azure data services.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
