Job Summary:

Oracle JD Edwards Technical professionals play a pivotal role in the success of organizations by providing technical expertise and support.

  • Application testing for all system changes and projects
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities
  • Second-level support for resolution of service requests and system defects
  • Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with business users throughout the lifecycle of a support call.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: application testing, knowledge transfer, second level support, resolving high severity issues and reviewing support documentation. To succeed in this role, you must be a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules.
