Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Implement project management frameworks, manage multiple projects from design to procurement, construction, and client liaison.
  • Budgeting and Risk Management: Oversee project budgeting, monitoring changes/variations, and ensure timely completion within allocated resources.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Foster teamwork among stakeholders, working cooperatively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Maintain formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Detailed Orientation: Quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a detailed orientation approach.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management in the building construction industry, preferably managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Educational Background: Relevant degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, tech-savviness, and ability to adopt digital technology initiatives successfully.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent team management and client-facing experience, able to work under pressure without compromising quality and customer satisfaction, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
