Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project implementation, execute tasks, complete deliverables, and coordinate staffing to ensure timely project completion.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations through transparent updates and regular meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and deliver best-in-class services that meet or exceed client needs.
  • Present project statuses to executive teams and stakeholders using clear, concise reporting.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion and minimize potential roadblocks.
  • Manage issues and changes to the project scope through proactive communication and flexible problem-solving.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player and leader to coordinate across functional teams and drive business growth.
  • Evaluate development team performance to ensure high throughput, prevent potential roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, and vendor reports that demonstrate expertise and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate autonomy while consistently delivering results within deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a dedicated full-time Project Manager for teams over 10 members.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • In-depth knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with executive presence and influencing abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with strong Excel proficiency a plus.
  • Experience working with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.
