Job Overview

The Clinic Centre Head oversees the overall performance of the clinic, focusing on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the clinic team to achieve collective goals.
  • Implement loyalty programs, resolve client escalations, and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies with cross-functional teams to increase footfall.
Requirements

A successful candidate should possess:

  • Graduate or MBA degree in a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
