**Process Improvement Specialist**

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and ensuring consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions that meet industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process control measures to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and provide training to production teams.
  • Lead process validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve processes.
