Job Summary

About our team is the Global Capability Center powering innovations across omnichannel retail, AI/ML, enterprise architecture, supply chain, and customer experience.

This role drives future process and technology modernization, automation & enhancements within Expense Procure to Pay accounting processes and systems in connection with functional and enterprise initiatives.

We are part of the Indirect Purchasing and Accounts Payable workstream focused on spend management and accounts payable modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and accounts payable modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and design end-user reports and reporting requirements
  • Drive change acceptance, articulate benefits, and design training for Source to Pay process owners and customers
  • Update existing and create new test scripts for various testing cycles for quarterly releases and new enhancements
  • Ensure a full understanding of individual workstream objectives and roles to drive rapid decision making and continuous progress
  • Research and document business requirements for accounting systems related to individual workstream and validates recommended solutions independently
  • Develop and support recommendations to senior leadership regarding required system and process design and related testing, validation and configuration
  • Coordinate with Technology, consultants, and finance and accounting personnel to replace and modernize complex legacy financial systems and processes within designated workstream
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Information Systems, or another related field

CA/CPA (preferred)
