Job Title: Website Management Specialist

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the brand website and ensuring its quality, performance, and user experience. You will oversee web content execution, collaborate with design and development teams, and plan improvements to the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timely execution of web tasks and projects
  • Liaise with design and development teams
  • Be proactive in pitching website improvements
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Identify and respond to security breaches
  • Ensure website security by enabling appropriate measures
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant information
  • Plan communication aligned with the brand's strategy
  • Regularly test plans to ensure website quality and efficiency
  • Plan to improve user experience regularly
  • Collaborate with teams and management to align the website with brand strategy
  • Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics that are important to the brand
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns
  • Analyse, strategise, plan, and prepare monthly website performance reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain trackers of all updates on the website
  • Ensure Client satisfaction & smooth communication. Spearhead all website maintenance related conversations with the client
  • Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento for website content and functionality management

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to design detail
  • Understanding user behavior and building user journeys
  • Awareness about product management and best practices
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
  • Working knowledge of web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Experience using at least 1 e-commerce platform (eg: Shopify, Magento)
  • Experience using Agile Methodology for Project Management
  • Google Analytics Power User
  • Understand and read API Documentation
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentation skills
  • Preparing Pitch decks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to resolve team conflict
  • Fantastic time management skills
