Key Application Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced key performance specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of setting up and configuring monitoring tools, troubleshooting user issues, and performing root cause analysis. They will also have expertise in defining and fine-tuning alerts, integrating alerting systems with incident management tooling, and understanding web technologies and frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and configuration of Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes.
  • Defining and fine-tuning alerts.
  • Integrating Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling.
  • Analyzing and optimizing application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
  • Understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in operational application management.
  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
