HR Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to collaborate with our business leaders and drive strategic goals.

  • Guide workforce planning and organizational design to meet business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive talent and business outcomes
  • Support recruitment strategies specific to educational product teams, content creators, and academic support roles
  • Drive performance management processes and talent reviews to ensure high performance and development

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Partner with L&D to support educator-focused training, upskilling, and leadership development programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and accountability
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies tailored to teams supporting K-9 and K-12 segments

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role
  • Experience working in education, EdTech, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred
