Civil Site Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of end-to-end project execution for villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards is required.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion is a must.
  • Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution is necessary.
  • Adherence to construction drawings and specifications is mandatory.
  • Implementation of quality control measures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations is essential.
  • Identification and resolution of technical issues that arise during construction is required.
  • Preparation of project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review is necessary.
  • Compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals is mandatory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction projects is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software is necessary.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on luxury residential projects is preferred.
