**Web Analytics Expert**

About Position: We are seeking a skilled and data-driven web analytics expert to lead the end-to-end tracking and measurement setup for our platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Tracking Plans: Develop a robust tracking plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
  • Configure Tracking Infrastructure: Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  • Define Event Tracking: Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • Build Custom Dashboards: Build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
  • Optimize Tracking: Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
  • Evaluate Performance: Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
  • Validate Data: Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
