Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned front-end web developer to lead the development and maintenance of clean, responsive, and scalable web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency with UI/UX sensibility and will translate high-fidelity designs into functional, mobile-first web components.

You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern, high-performance digital experiences across browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices
  • Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficial

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
  • Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5)
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
  • Experience with cross-browser development and progressive enhancement
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles
  • Solid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulation
