Financial Strategist Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned financial strategist to drive business growth and optimize costs across various functions. As a strategic finance professional, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial landscape.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and its consumers, categories, and other functions within the organization.
  • Conduct data-driven trend analysis for profit and loss (P&L) and revenue metrics, focusing on improving the shape of the P&L whale and highlighting key insights to leadership.
  • Have a clear understanding of the drivers of revenue and the impact of pricing decisions on growth.
  • Manage day-to-day P&L by maintaining good relationships with business stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones, focusing on governance and cost leakage.
  • Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards.
  • Manage stakeholders and work closely with business teams.
  • Run weekly reviews with business stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as needed.
