Job Title: Financial Analyst
We are seeking a financial analyst to provide expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports for business operations.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven dashboards and views.
- Analyze and extract data from ERP systems, BI tools, and databases for financial insights.
- Ensure data accuracy by reconciling discrepancies between systems and classifications.
- Maintain data integrity and resolve issues in financial data.
- Manage and meet recurring reporting deadlines for timely decision-making.
- Standardize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support the close of month-end and quarter-end periods with revenue and expense analysis.
- Mid-Level Role (3+ Years): Strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
- Familiarity with FP&A or revenue accounting concepts.
- Senior Role (5+ Years): Advanced expertise in operational finance, FP&A, or revenue accounting.
- Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Proficiency in SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
