Job Title: Director of Strategic Workforce Planning

The organization seeks a Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to spearhead Human Resources strategy and operations across large, multi-site project-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR strategy, industrial relations, labor laws, compliance, and site HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation across corporate and project sites.
  • Oversee industrial relations, labor compliance, and site-level HR operations ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and project timelines.
  • Partner with the leadership team and CXOs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and capability-building programs.
  • Manage and mentor HRBP teams across multiple project locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with proven exposure in large, project-based, multi-site setups.
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations (IR), labor laws, compliance, and site HR management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership/CXOs and influence organizational decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute preferred.
