Job Title: HSE Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Head HSE to lead our organization's health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

    

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with all applicable Acts, HSE regulations, standards, and permits.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures.
  • Analyse incidents to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
  • Design and deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels.
  • Track and report on key HSE performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a metal & mining industry.
  • Approved Safety officer as per Odisha Factory Act.
  • Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Environmental guidelines, HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in green field/brown field expansion projects and environmental compliance.
