Job Overview:

The Enterprise Print and Distribution (EP&D) Campaign Operations team plays a critical role in delivering campaign work streams that drive business growth. As a Senior Campaign Operations Specialist, you will provide professional input to complex operations management assignments/projects, exercising judgment in evaluating and adapting techniques and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee campaign executions utilizing UNICA or Red Point suite of tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new campaigns and manage ongoing targeting efforts.
  • Design and implement business rules and campaign suppressions to ensure customer targeting quality.
  • Develop process automation, governance, and capabilities improvements using knowledge of company database, campaign tools, and principles.
  • Lead and manage the resolution of complex issues involving multiple clients and customers, escalating as necessary for high-risk or ongoing issues.
  • Triage, research, and resolve member issues requiring business partner escalation support.
  • Communicate issue summaries, impact reporting, identifying stakeholders, and articulating results as needed.
  • Act with urgency to identify barriers and escalate to drive engagement of proper business units and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Apply best practices and knowledge to improve processes, products, and services.
  • Assist in identifying root causes and determining future preventive measures for assigned issues.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-enterprise partners, coordinating efforts to achieve goals and leveraging best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) related role.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience using Campaign Automation software.
  • Thorough understanding of customer contact and communications tactics across direct marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel, direct marketing campaigns and/or database marketing experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Entry-level understanding of Pharmacy operations.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to facilitate issue impact analysis discussions.
  • Excellent critical thinking and resolving skills.
  • Experience applying logical problem-solving methodologies to solve issues and identify root cause and improvement opportunities.
  • Detailed-oriented with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work to meet service standards.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and perks.
