Job Title: Project Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery group, you will be responsible for managing the execution of projects from engineering to manufacturing and delivery.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of schematic drawings and act as the single point of contact with customers for all factory-related order aspects.
  • You will coordinate and communicate regularly with internal factory teams, including Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Dispatch, and Installation & Testing Commissioning.
  • Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and quality execution of assigned orders, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Taking handover of Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Orders and managing their complete execution.
  2. Attending technical discussions with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
  3. Ensuring achievement of annual revenue targets through efficient order execution.
  4. Driving ownership and responsibility for assigned orders and customers.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of industry experience, preferably with product knowledge in High Voltage Circuit Breakers and Air Insulated Substations (AIS).
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Organizational abilities, proactiveness, and decision-making mindset.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, E-Plan, and SAP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
