We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Leader to join our team as a Sous Chef. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality food preparation and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Implement and adhere to established kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager through effective communication and collaboration to address guest feedback and concerns.
- Pursue continuous improvement in food preparation and presentation to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership position.
- A passion for creating innovative, modern cuisine that delights customers.
- The ability to work under pressure and possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling protocols.
