Job Title:
Lead AI/ML Developer

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and innovative technical leader to design, build, and productionize cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that drive business growth and improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy robust data pipelines over large clinical/claims datasets using Python (pandas/NumPy) and SQL.
2. Design and implement efficient LLM capabilities, including prompt design, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, vector indexing, and evaluation with guardrails.
3. Establish MLOps/LLMOps best practices for model monitoring, drift detection, A/B testing, cost/perf optimization, and CI/CD integration.
4. Ensure data privacy and compliance with HIPAA/PHI handling, access controls, auditability, and champion model governance and Responsible AI.
5. Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for code reviews, documentation, reliability, and observability.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field; MS/PhD preferred or equivalent experience.
2. 10+ years of professional experience in software/ML engineering, including 3+ years leading projects or teams.
3. Hands-on GenAI experience: LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation familiarity with Hugging Face and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
4. Solid foundation in statistics and ML, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised methods.
5. Deep learning expertise (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and modern NLP (transformers).
