AI/ML Program Management Leader

The Product Program Management Leader will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of a cutting-edge AI/ML program portfolio. This role serves as a critical bridge across Research, Development, and Delivery.

This position involves defining and leading the AI/ML program roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including segment leaders, medical centers, and research institutes.

Responsibilities include overseeing data governance, model validation, and ethical AI practices across the portfolio, as well as establishing KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Align cross-functional teams toward shared goals through excellent leadership and influencing skills.
  • Partner with segment leaders, medical centers, and research institutes to identify clinical challenges and AI/ML innovation opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, AI/ML, and healthcare, with a minimum of 12 years of experience, including 7 years of program management experience, and at least 3 years in AI/ML or data-driven innovation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management and AI/ML
  • 7+ years of program management experience
  • At least 3 years in AI/ML or data-driven innovation
