Global Travel Security Professional

Job Description:

A global organization seeks a highly skilled Global Travel Security Professional to join our 24/7 operations team. You will support the coordination of international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying potential risks and managing incidents.

The role involves overseeing and controlling ongoing missions, preparing for their execution, and communicating directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel operations and risk mitigation projects worldwide.
  • Communicate effectively with teams, vendors, clients, and other specialists during emergencies and routine situations.
  • Understand and follow established security procedures.
  • Document mission details and update work management software.
  • Prepare intra-shift briefs and exchanges.
  • Conduct situation briefings internally and externally.
  • Participate in training sessions and exercises to ensure proficiency.
  • Research and screen major events affecting client interests.
  • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices.

Work Arrangements:

  • Rotating schedule with two weekly offs per week, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as the organization operates 24/7.
